In accordance with the Bowls NT Constitution, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bowls Northern Territory Inc. will be held as follows:

Time: 10.00 a.m.
Venue: Bowls NT Office – 15 Hook Road, Winnellie NT 0820
BUSINESS OF THE MEETING
1. Opening of Meeting
2. Confirmation of Minutes of the Previous AGM
3. Business Arising from the Minutes
4. Presentation of Reports:
– President
– Executive Officer
– Committees
5. Presentation of the Audited Financial Statements
6. Election of Board Members in accordance with the Constitution
7. Appointment of Public Officer
NOMINATIONS & NOTICES OF MOTION
– Board nominations and Notices of Motion must be submitted in accordance with the Bowls NT Constitution. Nominations are called for the following positions,
President,
Board Member x 3
– Forms may be requested from the Executive Officer via admin@bowlsnt.com.au.
Nominations must be received by no later than 7 days prior to the AGM.
ATTENDANCE
All affiliated club delegates, life members, and eligible observers are encouraged to attend.
